See Moreton tours are temporarily unavailable

COVID-19 Update

See Moreton is committed to providing safe and outstanding cruise experiences for our guests. Unfortunately, in response to the Australian Government’s upgraded recommendations on non-essential indoor gatherings we are temporarily suspending Dolphin & Tangalooma Wrecks Tours until further notice. We will be supporting our customers and staff affected by this recommendation to the full extent of our capabilities.

There are no reported cases of COVID-19 at our venues.

More support for customer queries.

Recent government announcements have had a significant impact on the plans of many of our guests. See Moreton is boosting the resources of its Reservations Centre and Social Media Customer Care teams to be able to deal with any travel queries and travel change requests.

We’re providing fare flexibility.

See Moreton is offering all passengers affected by cancellations the option of receiving credit to be used in the future or a full refund. Customers who have booked directly with See Moreton can contact our Reservations Centre. Customers booked via a travel agent (including online travel agents) should contact their booking agent.

Future updates

We maintain close relationships with Government and Health Authorities and will continue to monitor the situation closely. Further updates will be available via our website and social media when available.

Our thoughts go out to those affected by COVID-19. Please know that we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact on our customers and look forward to welcoming you on board when this period passes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly reservation team for further information on (07) 3153 1069 or via email at

Thank you for your continued support.
