When booking/purchasing with See Moreton, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Credit Card Payments & Charges

See Moreton accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa.

Changes to Bookings

There is no charge for cancellations made with 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled cruise. Due to our limited capacity a 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations and booking amendments with less than 24 hours notice.

Operator Changes

All tours are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of See Moreton. See Moreton also reserves the right to change to tour dates, prices, vessels, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc.  In these cases, if you are not satisfied with the alternatives offered you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

Availability

If you have made a booking where a date has been selected, please note that availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control.

Wildlife

There is a high probability that you will see dolphins, dugongs and/or turtles during your tour. However, as they are wild animals in their natural environment, we cannot guarantee their sightings, activity or location.

Snorkelling

See Moreton reserves the right to alter the snorkelling destination pending the weather for your safety and comfort. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to snorkel at the Tangalooma Wrecks due to safety considerations. However, they are able to snorkel at our beach locations under parent supervision.

Photography services

Digital photographs purchased on See Moreton are available through a download link provided to your nominated email address on the day of your tour. This link is active for 7 days and your photos will be deleted after this period.

Media

See Moreton or its subsidiaries or affiliates reserves the right to capture your photograph, image, voice or a reproduction thereof, either in whole or in part, for any and all broadcast, advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without consideration, compensation, limitation or reservation.
